Go Savings Utility

About us

We handle the costs
nobody enjoys handling.

Go Saving Utility Ltd was incorporated on 1 March 2017. We started with commercial energy, and added funding, card payments and EPOS because those were the things customers kept asking us about next.

Why we cover four services instead of one

A shop owner does not think in categories. They think about the bills that arrive and the jobs that take too long. Energy, card processing, the till and access to cash sit in the same weekly pile.

Handled separately, each one is a phone call, a set of documents and a different renewal date to remember. Handled together, most of that work is done once. That is the whole idea behind Go Savings Utility.

We work with independent businesses across the UK — convenience stores, restaurants and takeaways, hotels, salons, workshops and small multi-site groups.

How we work

Four things we hold ourselves to.

  • Say what something costs

Every quote we present separates the rate from the charges, and states the contract length. If a cost is hard to compare, we explain why.

  • Say when to do nothing

Sometimes the honest answer is that a business is on a good deal, or locked in until a date that makes a review pointless. We say so.

  • Be reachable afterwards

The value of a broker is mostly in what happens after the contract starts. Billing queries, terminal faults, renewal dates — that is the job.

  • Be clear about how we are paid

We are usually paid a commission by the provider. Ask for the detail before you commit and we will put it in writing.

In their words

Feedback we can put a name to.

We publish reviews only where the business has agreed to be named. More are added as customers provide them.

Go Savings Utility brought clarity and structure to our expansion strategy. From assessing our technology needs to negotiating with suppliers, their expertise made a direct impact on our margins and operational speed.
