What this website is

The site describes our services and lets you request a review or quotation. Nothing on this site is an offer, a quotation, or advice on which you should act without speaking to us. Any figures relevant to your business come from the documents you provide and the quotations we obtain for you.

Our role

We act as an intermediary. We introduce businesses to energy suppliers, payment providers, EPOS providers and funding providers. We are not a supplier, a payment institution or a lender, and we do not make supply or lending decisions. Any contract you enter is between you and the provider, on their terms.

How we are paid

Where a contract is arranged through us, we are generally paid a commission by the provider. You may ask us for details of that arrangement before you commit, and we will set it out in writing.

Accuracy

We take care to keep this site accurate, but market terms change. We do not publish live prices or guaranteed savings, and general information on this site should not be relied on as a promise of what is available to your business.

Liability

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise, to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, arising from use of this site.

Intellectual property

The Go Savings Utility name, logo, content and design of this site are owned by us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
