Complaints procedure

If something has gone wrong, we want to hear about it and fix it.

Last updated: February 2026

How to complain

Contact us by whichever route is easiest. Please include your business name, the service involved, and what you would like us to do about it.

What happens next

  1. We acknowledge your complaint within five working days.
  2. We investigate, which may include contacting the supplier or provider involved.
  3. We give you a written response within eight weeks, and sooner where we can.

If you are still unhappy

The route for escalation depends on the service. For business energy, micro business customers may be able to refer an unresolved complaint to the Energy Ombudsman after eight weeks, or once we issue a deadlock letter. For payment services and funding, the provider you contracted with has its own complaints procedure and escalation route, which they will confirm.

We will tell you in our written response which route applies to your complaint and how to use it.

Let’s find out where
your business could save.

Tell us what you currently pay for energy, card transactions or your till system. We will come back with the options, in writing, with the numbers explained.

Monday to Friday, UK business hours. Or email admin@gosavingsutility.co.uk.
